IS EVERYTHING HANDMADE?
Every item is handmade and sculpted by myself, there are no molds or pre-bisqued items. Therefore each piece will be slightly different in size, shape and finish.
I try my best to get them to look as close to each other as possible when making bulk lots but custom made pieces are all a one off and you will never get another the same.

I take great pride in knowing that everything I make has been carefully made specifically for each of my customers.

There are no set dates throughout the year as everything is handmade, so sometimes certain products take longer to produce.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! Absolutely. This is my favourite type of work. I love making special custom requests. If you have an idea in mind, please email me to discuss the details.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is available, however please be aware that this is always a risk, no matter how many precautions are taken. I will always use a courier that is able to be tracked and you will be provided with this information. Once the item has left the studio I can no longer be responsible for that order.
All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 - 5 working days after your order has been placed. In order for me to ship internationally, I have to use as much packaging as possible to protect your item, therefore this adds to the overall weight of the item, making the shipping charges more expensive.
All items are shipped through trusted courier services with available tracking information and insurance where possible. Unfortunately, I have no control over delays, delivery times, or missing/stolen items. Please ensure you double check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Courier charges are calculated on size and weight of the boxes used.
WRAPPING & PACKAGING
All items are individually hand wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, foam and other packaging resources depending on the size of the item.
As a very environmentally friendly business owner, I try my best to reuse packaging materials whenever possible and safe for shipment.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?
All items should be dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your ceramic item. Most items will never need washing, just wiping over with a disinfectant cloth or soapy water.
Please avoid taking an item from very hot temperatures to very cold or from cold to hot as this can stress the item.
